"Final Fantasy VII Getting PC Re-Release"

Despite pleas from fans clamouring for a remake seeming to fall on deaf ears, Square Enix is apparently keeping hope alive with a PC re-release. The new SKU features cloud saves,

achievements and  built-in cheats, according to a leaked Square Enix page. Square Enix wants you to “show off your in-game accomplishments and put your gaming skills to the test with 36 brand new achievements to unlock. Share your profile with friends online to find out who is the ultimate FINAL FANTASY fan.”
