Possible first images of Canon’s new mirrorless camera have been leaked and published on the Japanese site Digicame, and claim to come from a Canon retailer. However the images have not been confirmed by Canon at this time, so they are still in the realms of rumours at the moment.
From the leaked images you can see that is seems the new lens mount maybe called the Canon EF-M, and a Canon Watch website source claim that the EOS M will employ an APS-C sensor.
Unfortunately no information on sensor size and resolution has been uncovered as yet, but Canon is expected to announce more information about their new mirrorless camera on Monday, and we will keep you updated as always.
